The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Food variety was great across all meals. The hotel includes three clean pools, providing swimming options. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms.
The air conditioning unit was directly opposite the bed. This placement made it uncomfortable at night because the cold air blew straight at us. A different location might improve the experience.

the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.
the room i had was a bit tired. the bathroom felt especially dated, and the shower pressure was really weak. i also found the food to be quite repetitive after a few days (especially the desserts).
